Kero on exhausts, engine?
I gave my chain a good cleaning last night (with kerosine) & lubed the chain up good (with motoline chainlube 622 fully synth o-ring safe). A bit of lube dripped onto the exhaust by the front sprocket & I wiped it off with a clean rag with some kerosine.
Was just wondering, is it going to be okay for the exhaust metal to be cleaned with kerosine? also, can/should I use kerosine or CRC to clean the engine surfaces. I plan on taking the farings off & giving everything a solid clean today since its raining & not much else to do.
