Things inside the petrol tank

When I got the tank back from the powdercoater, inside there is some sort of glue/filler, or whatever, that has cracked and is breaking off

It at the rear on both sides

Tell me this is not a big issue

Nothing to worry about. I keep a family of small Guatemalan refugees in my gas tank. They get upset and threaten to move out when I lean the bike way over.

you might find it was an epoxy resin to seal the gas tank as it might have had leaking issues and they have sealed it with something like por-15. test your tank and put a little fuel in it and see if you see any around the seams leaking?
