Kamna Mini Fairings

Greetings:

I have been running CF full fairings on my 93 SS for a long while. I want to change up the look a bit and was going to cut the CF full fairings to make them look like shorty's. They are a little damaged so I didn't really feel to bad about chopping them up. However, I've tried to mock up several angles and lengths and am not convinced that they'll be aesthetically pleasing. I'm afraid that they will end up looking like someone took a set of full fairings and chopped them up, which is what they would be. I have always liked the looks of the mini fairing that Ducati Kamna has had for a while. I contacted them several years back but they would not make them in CF. Having comed to grips with that fact, I want to get a set of them. Does anybody know if there is someone stateside that carries these? The US dealer they list does not carry their products anymore. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

Chees,
Ricky

I ordered my solo seat cover for my 900SSie from them directly with no problems. They sent me the order confirmation email in English.

Nooooooooooooooooooo Ricky, don't do it!!! Cutting up the fairings up will only look like a bodged job. And anyway how bad are they? No b*stard makes c/f fairings for 900SS anymore and worse, no b*stard will even try; a bit passionate here because I have a stunningly made brand new c/f 900SS fairing. Only problem is its just the left side.

Perhaps you might sell them in order to fund the Kaemnas? You could even PM me with a pic and if theyre as bad as I think theyre not, we could come to an arrangement... if the freight isnt exorbitant (which it probably will be)

Hame:

I did decide I was not going to chop them up because they would just look like that. These are very thin CF fairings I bought from Ferracci back in '97. I do believe they were one of the last few sets he had. They are the "racing" version that do not have the cut-out for the factory turn signals. Unfortunately for you, my damaged side is the right.

Cheers,
Ricky
