ignitek - which pickup goes where ? :)

Time to install the ignitech module.

Since I didn't not what went where when I pulled the bike down, I'm in need of some clarification.

I believe the grey coil trigger wire goes to the vertical cylinder/coil.

That must mean the green one goes to the horizontal.

Now....which trigger wire goes to which input on the ignitek? All I received in the mail with the unit was a CD....and my computer is all apart at the moment = I can't read it.

Thanks! I THINK I plug in the black Ignitech pickup to the one with the black/yellow wire, and the white Ignitech input to the one with the white/red wire.

I think....but it would be great if you could verify.

Hell no not to late, and thanks! I'm still STILL waiting on some freakin wires to be sent. After that I can power it up, put some gas in it, and see if I can't make this thing create some noise and pollution.

Sorry -even later!

Mine's wired up:
(Ignitek brown to Ducati yellow)
(Ignitek blue to Ducati black )

(Ignitek yellow to Ducati red)
(Ignitek blue to Ducati white)

It probably doesn't matter which set of pickup wires are connected to each cylinder input on the Ignitek, as both fire once each revolution anyway (lost spark) - important to get the plug leads the right way round though!
