I have not tried Ferodo. Been to PFC facility (Clover, SC) and taken a tour. Used their calipers, rotors and brakes when I worked in NASCAR (MWR Racing ), good quality & craftmanship. Used EBC on my old Suzuki purely for street worked well

Ferodo platinums work well for casual to aggressive street riding.

I think Mike Wankum ran stock pads last year, not sure but contact him and ask. I'm using DP next year.

I use Ferodo "Platinums on my street 900 SS/SP and Ferodo CP211's on my 750 track bike . Both have iron rotors but check out their website . The CP's would probably work well on your "snowflakes " just as they do on my iron Ferodo axis rotors .

Very progressive. Not a really hard initial bite but it is very easy to modulate from beginning to end.
The XRAC have a harder initial bite.

I think the above Ferados are designed for iron, snowflakes are stainless. Sorry can't be of more help. I'll ask some of my Fishtail Buddies and try to get back to you. BTW I do have a set of SSSP cast Irons rotors for sale.
