Time to wire it up....pic request.
Upcoming task of 900SS rebuild is to route the wiring on the bike. Since me wiring came to me in a box, and the Haynes manual doesn't really help, I'm hoping someone here can provide me with some pictures of how the wiring is supposed to sit on the bike.

No psychic cap - too many beers in the shed with the gang last night!
I looked at the 91-96 official workshop manual and unfortunately it does not have a wiring layout.
It should be fairly logical where the wiring runs, if logic, wiring and Ducati can be used in the same sentence!
This link has a couple of pics of a 900 partially stripped. You may be able to see where some of the wiring runs.

Thanks all.
Next question on the wiring..... Is it the starter solenoid that is located under the battery box/airbox? The 2 cables running from it...I want to verify one goes to the starter, the other to the + Batt, correct?
I seem to remmeber more than one chassis to engine ground on this thing....anyone have pics or a description of this?

Yes that's right. And there is a small connector with two wires that plugs into the solenoid too.

Red arrow wire to Battery +
Green arrow wire to starter.

I've wondered about that myself Taft. The Battery Negative wire on my bike attaches at this fairing mount lug on the right side of the bike,so does the wire harness ground wire.
The only frame to engine ground wire on my bike is this one by the crankcase breather. It's only a 10 gauge wire, that's all that was ever on the bike originally so that's all I replaced it with.
