Re- Anodizing Marchesini Forged Wheels

Hey guys
I have a set of used Marchesini forged aluminum wheels and some dork used a set of tire spoons on them, so they are scratched up all around the lip. I am contemplating having them re-anodized, anyone have any luck with this? I’m looking at going from black to red, what are your thoughts?

Are they OEM wheels, or aftermarket Marchesini? I didn't know that either were anodized. I'm not familiar with the re-anodizing process, but you may be better off having them powder coated.

The forged Marchesini wheels on my new (to me) 748s are just painted, and the Marchesini wheels on my 900SSie were painted as well. I stripped the paint off the 900SSie wheels with aerosol paint stripper (and a LOT of elbow grease) and gave them a two-toned brushed/polished finish.

I don't know how long it would hold up doing the Re:

I'd Powder coat them red, was thinking of doing my new wheels gold but like the black better so I'm changing anything gold to matte black but leaving the frame stock gold.
