"star" press on fairing nuts

Hola,

I am replacing my left side fairing on my 2004 998s due to some monkey at my shop dropping the bike off the stand when changing tires (at shops expense). When taking off my original there are 2 "nut related" questions:

1. WHat is the size/type of allen wrench that connects the upper to the lower? On the back are rubber nuts holding about 6 screws that have some mini/micro hex looking screw? I tried to finger unscrew them and there were on real tight.


2. What size are the "star press on nuts" that hold the mesh grill vents and the rubber venturi / sound deadener in place? I think I can take them off with a removal tool, but also assume since they are press on, I will split a few. Where can I get some?

Havent done anything yet, wanted to get access to the parts just in case.
