anyone have pics of a double bubble windscreen?
i need to replace my original windscreen (748) and was looking to buy a double bubble, instead of the normal, lower windscreen. i've found very few pics of them installed on a 748, and the one's i've seen are at an odd angle, so it's hard to really get a feel for what it looks like installed.
i would really appreciate it if anyone can post some pics (side, front and rear view, from the same level as the windscreen). thanks
and yes, i am concerned about the way it looks. after all, if i don't look good on a ducati, why ride it at all?

I've got tuns of pix at home, I'll post when I get there. In the mean time, the double bubble has pro's and con's.
I like it for sunny days when your REALLY tucking in and going fast on the highway or something. I really DON'T like it for aggressive riding since the difference between the single tint and double tint is drastic. The moment you get behind the double bubble your field of vision is distorted slightly and the darkness makes things harder to see, even in bright light. I'd get a NON tinted windscreen if I were to get another one. Here is a 1/2 pix of it... best thing I've got at the office. So most of my complaints are the tint, less the double bubble. I also think its BIG compared to the standard windscreen, which makes the whole front end look big! Sadly its the biggest thing on the bike! heh

I've been considering one of those for my 999. How do you like it and what does it do to the air flow? I'm about 6'2" and right now the air hits my chest and faceshield mostly and I'm afraid a double-bubble type screen will push enough air around me that I'll cook.
Thanks
Mike

Mines below (Puig) and I love it! Airflow is great in a full tuck but it feels like stock to me sitting upright. I am about 6'2" as well.

Not a 748, but probably the same difference. That puig looks nice. Smoother contoured than the zero G but then the bubble doesn't look quite so wide.
