Need help with countershaft sprocket torque value
All, I need some quick help. I am trying to finish up my install of my 520 conversion on my 998. I used the article in the hall of wisdom for the install but the 998/999 motor uses a single nut to mount the sprocket.
Can some please take a look in their service manual and post the torque value. I am trying to finish this up quick so I can head out with the boys for a ride.
Thanks for the help.
Btw I have used the search and found nothing. Has anyone posted a Torque value quiock reference?

The cuntershaft nut is 32mm. I found this torque value for the same nut size.
I assume this is correct but would like to confirm.

Thanks to the folks at Ducati Seattle for the torque info. They weren't 100% positive about the setting, but its an identical setup to one of the supersports, and 135 is the torque setting for that bike.

That sounds right, generally they are torqued to 100 lbs + then retained with a crush washer.

13X lb/foot is about right for the sprocket. remember to bend that little washer back on as well.
I just remember it being the same torque value as the rear axle which is also about 13X ft/lb
