Which fuse for the 749 headlight?

doing a track day, and I'd like to just yank a fuse to kill the headlight, is it that simple? Is there one fuse that takes out that light, and doesn't screw anything else? If yes, which one, and where is it?

thanks much!

I don't know which fuse it is. But you can just as easily unplug the headlight. Just pop out the tach/speedo display and you'll see the headlight connector.

It's the only 15amp fuse on the headlight bucket fuse block. Should be the one all the way to the rear of the block. It's shown in a diagram in you owners manual pg 93/94.

yup, fuse 1A. It will be on the left when looking straight at it.

Page 97/99 in my owners manual (05' 749)

Or, I just put blue tape over the headlight hole and cover that with red duct tape. Doesn't melt and comes right off. You have to tape it anyway.
