46mm socket for rear wheel nut...
Okay...so other than Sears where can I get a 46mm or 1 13/16th socket? Sears "has them", but have none in stock. I'm going to call around to a few other Sears stores tomorrow...frustrating, because they have 4-5 of all the other 3/4" drive sockets, but no 1 13/16...how hard is it to take inventory and keep it stocked?
I checked Home Depot, Pep Boys, Advance Auto Parts, and Sears...Sears was the only ones who had anything even remotely close.
Also, where can I get a 3/4" drive torque wrench or a 3/4" to 1/2" drive converter? Not even Sears had any of those.
My Ducati dealer has a one week wait just to change a freaking tire.

I LOVE HARBOR FREIGHT!!!!!! lol...I'll check them tomorrow. Thanks for the tip! I actually drove there first, but I got into the parking lot at 8:02, and aparently they closed at 8:00pm SHARP. The lights were already off and employees were walking out the door. lol
Most of the Harbor Freight sockets I have are beveled on the edges...have you had any problems with this since the wheel nut is so shallow?

The only thing around here like that is a feed store...doubt they'd have it there.

By 'bevel' I mean that on the fastener-end of the socket the actual edged sides of the socket are set in a few MM's from the lip of the socket, I would guess to make it easier to fit it on the bolt/nut...but it limits the amount of socket you can actually get on a shallow nut, you know? Just don't want to strip it out before I can buy a Ti wheel nut.
I also saw that they have a 3/4" drive torque wrench on their site. That'll work out great.
One more question...their electric impact wrench says it has 300 lb/ft of torque...that's non-adjustable, right? So then would it hurt things to use it to torque things down? I used an electric impact wrench to torque my flywheel nut. Guess that SOB's REALLY not coming off now. Maybe I'll buy the impact wrench just to remove fasteners...it'll make my life a lot easier.

Man...well, I need it by this weekend, otherwise I would just special order one from Sears. Even the Craftsman socket is only $24. I can get a full 3/4" drive 12-ish-piece socket set with ratchet and breaker bar for the cost of one of those MPL sockets, and Pittsburg tools, though sorta bunk, have the same lifetime warranty as Craftsman, so it doesn't matter.

Don't use those sockets on your wheel nuts as the nuts are too shallow plus the sockets are beveled plus they are 12 pointers. Get good sockets from McMaster Carr online. I used the Harbor Freight ones and they slightly rounded off the nuts. Probably because I didn't have the sockets ground down first so they weren't beveled. Not sure if the fact they were from Harbor Freight had anything to do with it. Still the McMaster Carr sockets are Proto I believe which are American made sockets.
Not sure why I keep that big Harbor Freight kit. Every socket in that kit needs to be ground down as almost every nut I've used it on has marks from the socket.
Another option is to just pay the money for $75 and get the double sided tool from Speedymoto. Looks like a good idea as it's shallow.
