Slipper clutch installation question
I've just bought a 2nd hand 48T slipper clutch that looks exactly the same as the yoyodyne. Also same parts are in the package. I have already seen the installation instructions on the yoyodyne site.
Problem is that is messed up with the order of the parts (washer, spider spring and nut).
I now have 2 curved washers, 1 small curved washer and 1 big curved washer.
Question 1. What washer should be installed on the spacer, small one or big one?
Question 2. How should it be installed (as it is curved)? Inner part/diameter touching spacer or out part/diameter touching spacer?
Question 3. What's the order for washer/spider spring? I assume washer first?
Question 4. How should the washer be installed (curved again)? Inner part towards engine or towards clutch cover? Or doesn't it matter with these spring/curved washers?
Thanks for your help!!

The clutch is actually from TSS (Czech company). It is the same as the yoyodyne one.

dutchduc900,Generally the larger cone washer sits on the top of the 6 pronged spider spring and the smaller one sits on top of the spacer, both with the cone part facing towards the outer pressure plate, however is is a down load for your particular 48t.

Hi RS, thanks for the link to STM clutches. Seems that the order for the washers for the TSS is slightly different from STM. Will contact TSS directly to ask the question. There seems to be a video for installing TSS slipper clutch, anybody seen this?

Thanks guys but this is where I messed up:
The kit includes the transmission nut, spider spring and an additional curved washer. They are attached by a cable tie in the proper order....
I don't know the proper order and I don't know if the I need to put the small washer or the big washer on top of the spacer. Probably it's all clear when I'm working on it, just want to be well prepared.
Any advise on a clutch drum holding tool?

The small washer should go on top of the spacer before the hub.The big washer should go on the hub before the spider spring convex side out. Its purpose is a stopper for the inner hub when the slipper function pushes it out. There is no washer on top of the spider spring. Is this the clutch you have ? http://www.sliperclutchs.com/velka.p...y/002/FT11.jpg Here are the instructions with better pictures http://www.sliperclutchs.com/montaz....el=002&lang=en
