Master link question

I need to swap my DiD 520 chain from my 999s to my new 999R. I have an RK 520 o-ring master link. Can't seem to find the DID locally. Will the RK work? It looks Identical.

Not recommended to mix&match chain pieces.
The 2 different manufactures may design them to stretch at different rates which may cause a problem.
You don't want a $5 part causing case damage(or more) if you can avoid it.
To me it just ain't worth it

I might have a spare, as I recall I used the clip type on my SS and I think I have the rivet type master still in the packing grease.

I'll look into it - its yours FOC if I find it.

Same here. If edvin can't find his, I have a DID VM520 gold, clip-type master link you can have. I'll never use it.
