Taking New 749D to Track - Ducati.ms

Hello all,
I want to take my 749D for a track day. The bike has almost 1000 miles, and I have done the proper break-in and 600-mile service. I don't expect to go crazy, but I will be riding more agressively than normal street/road riding.
Is the bike ready? or will I be exposing it to damage with so few miles on it?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

The bike will be perfect for the track as long as u went for the service...also add a water wetter n good tires ur set.. Enjoy great bike for track

"so few miles" I took my Aprilia RSV to the track with 25 miles on it. What better way to break-in an engine

Thanks, Guys. I feel a lot better. I have been taking my R6 to track days, but so far the Ducati is so much more fun to toss around. I had a blast breaking it in and I am salivating at the idea of seeing what I can do with it at the track.
Now, if I could only get over the fear of putting a scratch on my MV Agusta F4, I'd give it a try as well...
