Looking for white face gauge covers for 916 /996 etc.. Anybody know where to buy?
Hey guys I want to get some white gauge faces/covers/overlays whatever for my stock black gauges. Anyone know where I can find them?
I like the contrast of the white, like in 999's
I've got white accents on the bike and think the white gauges will just look perfect, but I cant find them anywhere.
Happy 4th everyone!

i'm not so sure if you can screw them open that easy.

The lenses are glued down at several spots along the top edge of the white plastic outer housing. There is an inner black plastic ring beneath the lens tbat also has to be popped out in order to remove the gauge face.
Your best bet is prob a heat gun on low setting to get the glue hot and then VERY VERY carefully with a thin plastic wedge pry the lense up. If you use a metal screwdriver it will be more likely to crack as the metal doesn't give.
Just use clear silicone sealant to reattach the lense. Ghe black trim ring underneath will just pop back in and is held down by the lense.
Another thing I found is you should only put the tach needle back on with the key on and the tach powered and make sure you get in on touching the end stop at full rest position. This will ensure its not off when the bike is running. And make sure to push both needles back down securely, so they dont fall off going down the road. Ask me how I know about that happening lol.

I've put white gauges on mine. The only way to do it that I found was to cut the gauges open about 1/8" below the bezel then plastic weld it back together.

Cool, so where did you order yours from?
I'm not worried about installing them, I just need to find a source. Preferably in the US. Thanks

Superdials. Based out of the UK. Good luck finding something quality local. Superdials aren't overlays, they're replacement dial glasses.
