Broken Fairing Bracket, Termi Part?

I am putting back together my 2005 999 after winter cleaning and noticed that the bracket for the lower right hand fairing is broken. It looks nothing like parts that I find at Pro Italia or ebay.
I have a 57mm full Termi system, could it be a part that was included with that system?

The pic of the broken one on the bike is what I have, the other is one I stole from ebay

Yes, it is a Termignoni part. This bracket replaces the stamped OEM one for clearance purposes in that area. I have one on my 999 and the bracket is so simply made out of aluminum. There's nothing special about it except the bend and width.
Check with your dealer, then Ebay. I've seen these on Ebay on occasion. You could probably make one just as good as the one that broke. Let me know if you get stuck, I'll take mine off and see if my friend who is a metal fabricator can duplicate it......

I could easliy make one, would you be able and willing to take a picture of yours so I would know what it looks like beyond where mine severed?
