no speculation
the "R" version will be the 1188cc bike
it'll be out by the end of 2007
the true homologation-required build from ducati for World Superbike

thats what my dealership told me as well. I'm on the list for the S version with the option to change to Tri-C once they find out more specs on it

Well i just put a down payment on a Tricolore 1098.. The owner of the store has been to a meeting with a couple of sales men and aparently he cnt say any thing but he advises that the bike is sick.

If you think about it on the 999 and the 999s there is a 3hp difference. Ball park it and add 3-5hp to the 160hp 1098 and you have the 163-165hp 1098s add the 8hp for the exhast and you have the 168-172hp Tricolore

(that is all questamation) Thats about what i think it is going to be. Maybe a little more torche also
