Yes you can. They are exactly the same. The only difference (in terms of fairings) is the nose.

If you'd like to verify yourself, you can go on the Ducati.com website and under service you'll be able to download the parts catalog of various model. By comparing p/n you'll notice they are the same: that's how I normally go by to verify fitment...

They are completely different. The deflector wing is different and the way the bottom of the fairing halves fasten together is different. You can use 04' lowers, but you'll need to buy both sides due to the way they fasten on the bottom(your 03' has 1 fastener, the 04' has 2). I saw a 999 with a set of the Chinese stuff on it, I was shocked at the quality of the darn things.....really nice and inexpensive.

way wrong here.while the fairings will fit together they are quite different.different plastic substrates, the newer are slightly thinner, barge boards are different shaped, and windshields mount differently.
fwiw the bike will scream crashed with mis matched parts

the chinese fairings do look really nice. its not as "stiff" and maybe just a hair thinner than the OEM stuff, but for the price its worth it. well i saw it off the bike, so i cant say how well they fit.
