Warped rotor solutions?
So I have a warped rotor. No idea how it happened, but the brake lever pulsates hard, and it's not pad material buildup.
Question is, what can I do other than replacing it with a new one? Can the rotors be trued/straightened?
Any other option I'm missing?

Have not used them but will when the time ever comes. I believe some members have.

Thanks! I just sent them an email, see what they say.
Would love to hear from other members as well, see what their experience was.

rotors and pads bedded properly?
Probably well within "common knowledge" here on the forum, but it was news to me. Also possibly irrelevant for your situation, but...
I thought I had a warped rotor because my front brakes pulsed really badly. It was especially upsetting around or below 30mph. Checked that my head bearings were tight and in good shape, pads were in good shape too. I measured about 0.06" out of flat with a dial indicator with the rotor/wheel installed on the bike.
After talking with a few people who understand racecar brakes, I tracked down the source of my problem to the fact that I had, over the winter, used a rotor hone to clean up this pair of front rotors, then installed new pads. All fine right? Not so. My rotor hone job (on the end of a drill motor) had introduced inconsistency to the surface of the rotors. Solution: bed the brakepads the right way. accelerate to 60mph, brake to 10mph, back up to 60mph, brake harder back to 10mph. Repeated this about 9 times, with the last few being as close to my maximum braking confidence point. Each cycle had the brakes feeling smoother and more powerful.
after that 20 minute session, my problem was completely gone. I was ready to send out my rotors for grinding, or buy a new set. Glad I tried this first.
hope that helps somebody.

Not quite sure it's common knowledge, but it is indeed a very common occurence.
Unfortunately, I tried the technique you described, at even higher speeds. It did not make a difference.
Oddly enough, the pulsating is stronger at higher speeds, and I can just feel it under 40mph.
I'm thinking the warp was caused by binding while removing the caliper.
