Is this the Chip I need?

I installed some arrow slip ons, I'm getting a ton of back fire on deceleration, I'm having trouble locating a a Ultimap 2222, will this one work?

yep, that's what you want. they call it 'open muffler' meaning no restriction in the cans. that will suit your 99 biposto fine. the arrow slipons are very nice, I think nicer than the termi's. I had arrow's on my first 996 and loved them. now have termi's on my new 996 and kind of miss the arrow's to be honest.

Thanks brutha, and I haven't heard the Termis except for one fly on the highway, but these arrows sound just fine, major stiffy when I started the bike up, thanks again.

no worries, I should mention I had the same chip on my '99 996 biposto with the arrow cans and it ran beautifully. in fact it felt stronger than my current 2000 996 which has termi's and a custom chip. I can tell you for sure the arrows with the arrow chip had no backfiring at all and a super strong midrange. just about every 996 I rode afterwards felt kind of 'broken' in the midrange by comparison... that one on ebay is a good price too. snap it up before i buy it for a spare...
