Another exhaust question?

I know I'm probably beating a dead horse here but being a first time Duc owner Im curious. Does the exhaust valve on the 1098 stock header really have a low to mid range control? Or is it just for noise restriction. I have the termi slip on with ecu and I was wondering if it's worth doing the bypass on the servo, if it's gonna loose bottom end not worth it but if there is something to gain it's an easy bypass. Thanks

Used for noise control.

Do what I did and just get the full Termi system installed. Problem solved.
