Experience with Metaltech Shock Link?

Does anyone have first hand experience with the Metaltech progressive shock link below on a 1098? I've been looking for a link that won't require a TTX nor mods. to the OEM Ohlins shock and found this. Saw the Section 8 and D.O.S units as well but neither are available any longer.

I'm also looking for a link that doesn't need the change of the shock, as i have the 1098S original Ohlins. From the description it says that is needed to change the shock.

I used the Ducshop link with a stock Ohlins S shock on my 1098 without replacing the shock. You'll just need to shorten the ride ht. adjustment rod to lower your rear back down. Works like a dream!!
