Installing Termignoni Headers on a 2009 1198s ??

I have a 2009 1198s that I'm going to install a termignoni header system on, (Kit includes, headers, mid-pipe, carbon shield, springs). The bike already has the race termignoni kit on it, Carbon termignoni slip on's, race ECU and air filter (Like This Ducati 1198 Carbon Fiber Racing Silencer / Mufflers - Ducati Motorcycle Parts, Ducati Motorcycle Accessories, and Ducati Apparel & Fashion from A&S Ducati).

The header system was the one advertised here, FS: New Termignoni Full Exhaust-848,1098,1198 - ducati.org forum | the home for ducati owners and enthusiasts

My question's are, do I need anything else before I start ? Gaskets, high temp silicone, or ?? Is there any Tricks on installing the headers ?? Special tools ?? Not my first header install but would prefer to do it once instead of 2 or 3 times.

You guys have been great at answering all my questions so I thought some more good advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not looking for HP gain, my main accomplishment for this is so I can get rid of the heat from the cats and I'm hoping to cut down on how fast it turns my rear brake fluid black plus a full system would be cool

Thank you very much for the info,
McFly.

i sure hope you didn't pay the $1000 asking price for that ...it's basically just steel pipe welded and bent in a few spots. i got Termi slip-ons with DP ECU for $700 (in great condition)

The price has nothing to do with what I asked??
Sorry avaipan2 if I paid to much for steel tubing but I sure wasn't going to buy tube, cut, bend and weld up some headers for my bike. Found the ad online and decided I wanted them. Kinda funny in my eyes to buy a Ducati then try to put cheap parts on it.
