need 2006 999 slip on ducati performance ecu

I installed a new battery a while back and it must have had a small vent leak or something. It went dead in about a week and The negative battery terminal was covered in corrosion. When trying to start it the bike turned over for a split second and then there was a loud pop like a big shock. When I put a new battery in the bike wouldnt run at partial throttle for crap. After driving myself nuts for a couple weeks I put the stock ecu back in the back and it started right up and ran fine.

well almost fine, I runs crappy at constant throttle below 4k, sometimes wants to stall when i crack the throttle of idle and just doesnt feel as crisp. From the smell of raw fuell im sure my power commander map is rich . I had the dealer balance the throttle bodies and set the co and it is a bit better but still not right. I am thinking its the diff ignition mapping of the dp ecu as the bike ran great before.

does anyone know of a virgin dp ecu for sale or another way to achieve good results without spending 1500 and requiring droping my bike off to somplace and them running the shit out of my bike on a dyno custom tunning it.

thanks

You can get a reflashed ECU w/ the dp map from Gotham cycles. 3 or 400 bucks I think.
Or get your stock one reflashed even cheaper.

When switching between the stock and dp ECU the throttle position has to be reset and may account for some of your running problems.
