new color combo advice..
when i first picked up my yellow 749, i wanted to turn it matte white. but then my friend told me to wait til i ever dropped the bike before changing colors.. 2 weeks later i went down for the first time. SO... now im looking for a change up in color. im thinking a matte dark gray metallic with gold frame/wheels/ and forks. what do you guys think?

obviously you should do whatever color scheme you like. everyone has different tastes. for me, nothing beats black with red accents. and by accents i mean red frame, pin stripes on wheels, and various other smaller gizmos such as clutch cover/pressure plate, levers, etc....hence in my opinion the best looking production bike out there now is the 1198SP black.

Take a look at a 2002 748S - IMO, one of the best looking color combo's, ever! Whatever colors you decide for your bike, all that really matters is that you dig it!

I saw a Audi Dolphin Gray bike somewhere that looked really good. It may have been white and gray, I don't remember.
I like the corse colors as well, it would give your bike the new skool look.

Not a 749, nor is it the best photochop I've ever done. But it should give you an idea. Not my bike, just some random google image for grey ducati. I played with the colors of frame, bits of forks and wheels. Hope I helped
