749 base, offset triple options

hello, so i have a base 749 that i bought some section8 offset triples for.. unfortunately the individual I bought them off didnt tell me they wont work for my base model so now im stuck with a set of triples that dont fit my bike.. My question is what are my other options for offset triples that will fit my base model.

If I cant find anything with a reasonable price im strongly considering modifying my section8 triples to fit...all I need to do is cut and extend the triple clamp stem (last resort). and i need to cut the steering stop tabs.

Our 28mm triples fit the std 749, your stem is longer and need the steering stops in the back of the triple. Ours have 2 stop locations so can be used on all Superbikes (no frame cutting) and have a longer stem option you will need. No, our stem wont work on the S8 triples.
