Hello, and welcome. Quick question since your an R1 guy, how much horse do they have? This guy I know insists his R1 has 180 horse, but in the back of last months Motorcyclist magazine in the "hard numbers" section it says 154hp. So which is it? Honestly I really don't care about numbers just want to see if he was right. It sounds high to me, thats all. Anyway, hope you enjoy the forum!

Well if not a convert at least you have good taste in Japanese bikes. If I were to get anything Japanese it would be the R1. So heres another invitation... if you make it down to huntington sometime, I'll switch you bikes for about 5 miles . I'd love to try that R1! Either way, looking forward to the new 1098. Check that bike out, I have one on the way and it will hopefully be amazing

Welcome Onrey!
We welcome all kinds of riders that are intrested in Ducati´s.. Doesn´t matter what they ride. Some, (most?), have more then one bike anyhow..
What R1 do you have now? -05? -06?
Looks like the newer model in your avatar.
