749s Speedo Smashed - New Ecu, Key, Speedo? or Bypass Immobilizer??

Hey guys I need your help! I have a 2003 749s with a smashed speedometer so its a no start. My options:

1) buy new speedometer from dealer - $1700 + $200 programming

2) Buy used Speedo, keys, ECU on ebay or (suggest a good parts place in North America???)

Do only the parts from a 2003 749 s work, or 2004, 2005, 2006? What about 999 parts - the same I believe?

3) Bypass immobilizer somehow??

4) ???


Any advice appreciated, I'm hoping to get her up and running soon for a minimal cost

the most cost effective is the ecu reflash omitting the immobilizer.i can reccomend tomtom here.although he's in europe his prices ,experience ,service and shipping made me a very satisfied customer .otherwise you will need a ''virgin ''dash to be coded to your bike,or all matched parts from a donor bike.and a 749 will need the appropriate ecu.gotham cycle is also sponsor here and would likely have the parts
