I came from a 1200GS Adventure; full screen, 9 gallon gas tank, comfy seat, heated grips...you get the picture.
I love my Hyper. It gives you more of a 'raw, motorcycle' feel than anything else. Like riding a classic from past.
That said; if you don't mind the looks of a screen, you have a better time and little better protection from the wind. It won't take away a lot of it, but it will direct a little of it around you. I took mine off after trying it for about 100 miles. I don't do a lot of freeway though and I didn't like the way it looked.
You'll get around 100 miles to a tank, maybe more, but not much less. There's a bigger tank now:

You're going to love the Hyper in the twisties, it handles and balances like a dream. After riding for miles, your back, arms and neck won't be sore.
There's quite a few guys here that have both Hyper's and Superbike's so they'll probably chime in soon.
