MTS 1200 + Leo Vince mid pipe
Did anyone try to install Leo Vince mid pipe with original slip-on?
What is necessary to make this setup work well?

It should fit right on it, with the stock slip shield the LV resonator might be exposed but other than that the muffler should have no problem at all.
It will be loud though, the stock slip on has no baffle to insert.
Here's how to:

Thx much for info...
I Added a few options on my MTS 1200 : crash bars, fog & hid light... Looking to bring weight down a little. (EOM mids 9 lbs vs LV 2.5 lbs).
Also and most importantly, original exhaust sound like a vespa... This mod makes it sound more like a Ducati !
If I understood correctly, LV mids and Fatduc's gizmo is all I need ?
Cheers ... AJ

Rode mine today for the first time with LV mid pipe and PCV from Redline. Bung Caps were welded, individual mapping for each cylinder.
Average stock bikes come out at approximately 125hp. LV with PCV (with 4 hours of fine tuning) come out at about 130 to 132 hp. Very similar to full termi system.
The motor definitely feels smoother. You can ride it at 2500 in first and second with absolutely no surging. A bit more power everywhere, which is always nice.
Noise? Yep, she definitely barks a bit more. Then again I'm a bit hard of hearing...
Will post dyno results in a few days.

Just installed my LV midpipe today. Huge weight savings. Did not realize just his big that kat is. Install was fairly easy. I did no fat duc or anything else. Rode the bike about 40 miles and it runs smoother then before. Roll on from 2500 or 3000k rpms is way better then with the kat. No back firing. My understanding is every bike will react different. I will ride more but for now no plans to add the fat duc. And the sound. Ahhh the sound. It sounds like a proper duc. I was worried it would be overly loud with the stock slip ons. The LV midpipe sounds incedible. I highly recommend it.

Great to know, I was debating to wheather or not install the fat ducs right off the bat but since you find it rideble without them, I'll hold off and see how mine will run, I added a Arrow at the end.
Thanks for the input!
