no wings

have been offered by a cf maker to use my wings (white triangules on the front) for a mold and get a pair free, not a bad deal, but will involve posting and waiting...

has anyone had these off the bike ? - is there anything behind it ? can I remove them and run the bike on a daily basis for a bit until the cf company completes them ?

- am in the office and not sure whats behind them...

thanks for any info...

The left side of the bike is nothing but blade.

The right side actually hides the air intake for the air filter.

And of course, both hide the beak, not to mention the radiators and lots of wiring.

ok thanks for the info, I know they are available but this is a free of charge opportunity...! so maybe worth the effort.

will take off wings and see if they are a mirror image and ask if they make the moulds based on just one side...possibly worth a punt...

looking good...!

although your bike is the slower black version, mine is the ultra fast white one, and i am in the process of converting most of it to carbon.

done the underseat and belly pan so far, next is the front wings, leaving the odd bit white (to keep the fast theme going). but am shopping slowly, replacing the white bits first and doing the black plastic bits later...

will post some pics soon.
