MTS MIVV Suono

I have about 8K miles on this muffler and it is wobbling at the short pipe to muffler connection. I am concerned as there are no brackets downwind of the slip connection.
Anyone else experience this?

MIVV Ghibli

The Moto GP-style MIVV Ghibli has a mounting bracket that attaches to the stock exhaust hardware.

If you like the Moto GP look....maybe they'll let you exchange it....

The outer shell is also showing signs of rust and I live in a dry salt free area.
I think MIVV rushed to market. Time for another brand.
Great bike but like all emissions based bikes I have owned, I get tired of throwing money at it.
P.S. caergybi, did you find a suitable replacement? Also that is an interesting name for a town

Northlight, looks like you are good to go. Mine uses that bracket point but does not attach to the muffler proper, but a short pipe that is pressed or crimped to the muffler. When that point fails there is nothing to keep the muffler from launching.

Hi Robert
I am using the original end cans with the mivv de-cat and BR baffle, Not perfect but i cant be arsed putting the original heavy crap cat back on , I was thinking of the GPR , If Ducati put a decent system on the MTS there wouldnt be a need for all this f**king about! And i dont have much faith in these pop riveted after market systems now. Thanks for the town comments.
Hwyl am y tro.. Dave

My first go around was the decat and BR. with stock can. One of my mates refused to ride behind me due to noise. The Suono has a decent sound to me. Might just safety strap and run it till it fails.
