CF front fender cover?

I just got a 1200 Multistrada Sport (white). The plain plastic front fender looks a little cheezy sitting right below the CF beak. I could spring for an entire CF front fender but I frankly prefer the fork shrouds remain white rather than CF black.

So my question is this: Has anyone tried a glue-on CF fender cover? Does it look realistic or does is it look like a glued-on POS?

Thanks in advance.

I fitted one to my bike, and you wouldn't know it's a cover.

This is the one I have; http://www.carbonworld.de/shop/Ducat...200::1318.html

Just take your time to put it on carefully and use a decent adhesive like Sikaflex.

The only thing that might give it away is that the rear part of the fender will still be plain plastic, but who cares?
