Ok, I thought that I should contribute back to the community 
Little story:
I had an S4 Monster with Ignijet ECU (Dyno tuned) all was fine and then one day it spun the big end bearings, still don't know why! :nerd: the bike sat in garage for almost 3 years! Then I got used Monster 620 engine complete with ecu and wiring loom so I put it in my S4 frame - had to make intake runners as the frame is a little bit different than M620 frame and throttle bodies don't fit. Then I tuned the Ignitech ECU (using seat in pants method
) and now the bike runs nice and smooth.
Now for the OEM ecu, as you can imagine - it was not possible to start the bike with it due that the dash and keys didn't match the ECU. After much reading and fiddling (all the info on the web was for 5AM HW610 ECU not the HW103) I found that the IMMO off address in the bin file was 0x4cc38 ! Now with the modified .bin file the bike starts and warms up nicely, everything appears to be working, I have not yet road tested it due to bad weather here.

I also included the switch in .xdf file i downloadad from Impulsive_Duc wiki (maybe someone can update the wiki to include this modification).

P.S. If somebody needs config/map files for the Ignitech unit - I can provide them, I have dyno tuned maps for monster S4 all stock but I have lost the dyno charts :crying: and I also can provide Ignitech file for M620 (seat in pants edition ) :grin2:
