Any new Details on the NEW 2008 monster?

hey anyone,

I have a 2007 695... bike has been great, I cleaned up the back end and put clamp on handle bars... I am thinking up upgrading the exhaust with a high mount. But before I do so I want to see the new 2008 monster... I am hearing all kinds of rumours and some say it will look great with just the right upgrades and others are saying it will look like garbage.

I have found 5 pictures on the web regarding the new 2008 monster

http://www.dailymotos.com/imagenes/v...cati-monster-5

(I like option 5)

Does anyone actually have any leads as to which way if any Ducati is planning on going... or any spy shoot of the 2008 monster?

THX

There's a couple rumor threads in here already - don't have to go back far to find them. Plenty of crap photochop jobs taking random guesses at what a new Monster could look like. The "spy shot" I posted the other day - even I don't buy it. Don't expect much for '08 line, maybe '09 will have some changes and they'll probably start emerging Q3'09 or so, my guess.

And what's with the almost-Kawi green, Hyper bodyworked Monster?!

I think it looks like a Multistrada sans the ugly fairing! Green needs to go though!

the news is that the monster for my08 stays the same. no changes in design/engines. the s4rs is now available also in option tricolore.

i think we can expect an idea of what's coming next (for my09) on the milan fair. they will check first the reactions of the customers (like they did with the hm, and didn't with the 999). the milan fair starts on nov. 14th.
