Any nice billet triples out there?
My 96 Monster has a set of Cycle Cat triples and clipons on it and I'd like to put them on my SS and either go back stock or a nice billet set of clamps that mimic stock handlebar setup. Too much crouch and it's already wearing tall clip on risers.

The speedymoto triples will not fit. They are for 02 and newer. Your vintage of monster has a smaller steering stem.
You can't put the moster triple on your SS as far as i know, incase that was part of the question.
Are you aware that CycleCat has gone back into production? They have some tall clipons. I'm not sure what size your current ones are, as they used to make a few heights.
There are the 'tall-boy' clipons from SpeedyMoto. If you mounted them above the triple, I'm pretty sure they would end up higher than the stock dimension bars

Rizoma makes an older style set up that includes upper / lower and the steering stem. I just saw some on Ebay last week, I don't believe they sold so you may want to keep an eye out. They are pricey but trick indeed... I have found success looking for older monster parts in the european and australian ebay sites... Good luck!

As others mentioned, we are operating both in the USA and at home in Italy now!
We have triple clamp options for Supersports and for Monsters with small steering stem (and for later model Monsters, ST's, and Superbikes). We have riser clipons (+5cm rise height) currently in production as well as conventional handlebar risers, and handlebar riser spacers (for an additional +1cm or +2cm of bar height) which may suit your needs. Our bar risers are for either 22mm or 29mm (28,8mm) conical handlebars. We have steering head bearings, seals, OEM base washers and titanium bolt kits available (these have not been listed online in the past). Also, the triple clamps and bar risers are available in other fork sizes, in case you want to use superbike forks (Showa or Öhlins)
our webmaster, Pierre, is revising our website currently (we wanted to be more up-to-date and include mobile version too), so you may not find all of our products listed online, however we are available here and by email to answer any questions as to fitment, installation, customization, or availability!

Sorry I never saw the replies. My monster is wearing what he called superbike forks I'm gonna see if they'll work. I'd like to be able to change bars cheaply. I bought a beautiful monster that kinda lost it's Monster. It's more like a trackbike.

I'd love to do more business with Cycle Cat and probably will. I just want this to be a Monster again. I wish Chris made a pretty, simple, Monster style triple. I'll be doing the SS in Cycle Cat. I'm not that fond of carbon fiber, love billet expecially made in US (Italian's nice too)

These look like the ticket. Kinda chunky, but the price is right, looks REALLY well made and designed. Another piece of jewelry for the Ducs!
