04 S4R Fork upgrade problem

Hello guys:

I have strong interest in 1098/1198 oem SHOWA fork.

And I know the Triple Clamp, Calipers need to be changed !

Then I found this :
Ducati Monster Triple Clamp Assembly - Upper and Lower Clamp only - fits '02 to Current Monsters - B: SpeedyMoto Ducati



I wonder that the Axle,wheel or something else needs to be changed as well ？ or keep using the original one .

Did anyone get this mod before ? Thanks
