Rizoma plate mount question

Just to give some background info first. Low mile 2011, 796 Monster. Had purchased the Ducati Performance tail unit, but after installing, immediately removed and had dealer send back. Unbeknownst to me, dealer ordered up one of the Rizoma units, which just arrived this past weekend.
My question is in regards to the stock turn signals. Has anyone out there in Monster Land mounted up one of these license plate units and kept the original signals? Did they fit well? Need to do this install on the budget side. Had also installed higher Rizoma bars only to find out that both the brake as well as clutch cable are too short. So for now, would just like to use the stock signals.
As always, will send out thanks for the help you offer.

I don't know about the Rizoma tail or the DP tail, but I recently installed the Evotech Tidy Tail on my 2011 796 Monster at the 600 mile maintenance and kept the stock turn signals. I didn't install the kit, the mechanic did, and he had no electrical or installation issues other than fitting the USA license plate adapter on correctly, which was accomplished by retaining the licence plate frame to cover a little overlap with the adapter. The Evotech required no frame cutting or other alteration and even retains the seat lock in its original position. I am very happy with it and recommend the Evotech.
