ECU and intake upgrade

I know this has been covered here many times before but i wanted to throw in my $0.02

So after weeks of scouring the internet and making phone calls to Dynojet, Dan Kyle, local duc dealer, local dyno shop, etc... about what are seemingly the big three in intake kits (waspworks, TPO and Ducshop) I decided to bite the bullet and order the waspworks kit. I finally got it installed today (it's been sitting in my garage for about a week) and could not be happier.

After many emails to Greg and Todd, I came to the conclusion that it was the right thing to do. These guys are top notch and their product is a reflection of that. Their so called "canned map" has completely turned my S2R100 around and I've fallen in love all over again.

I sent my ECU to Houston Superbikes/Desmo Porshce for the reflash to DP spec + removal of the O2 sensor, had the TPS reset and CO trim adjusted and then installed this kit and she is ready to rock. No more choppy throttle, smooth as silk fuel delivery throughout the RPM range and she happily runs in a high gear at low RPMs. This is a total performance package and I'm thrilled with the results. While I'm sure i could have it dynoed to have the map dialed in a bit more, I'm completely content with the way its running now.

My advice to anyone mulling over whether or not to get the kit is to go ahead and do it. You wont regret it.
