2004 S4R engine in a 1999 ST4 Frame?

Does anyone know if a 2004 Monster S4r engine will bolt into a 1999 ST4 frame without any modifications?

I'll take a stab at it and say the motor will likely bolt into the frame.
As to whether everything else, like airbox, etc. will fit would be a dice roll...

Thanks for the response. This is only the 996 S4R engine and not the S4RS engine. It looks like it bolts right in to me.
