I am not sure off hand but if you want to avoid the 'Google digging' and phone calls to shops, Bikebandit.com might be a good/quick avenue. Find out the part number for your year S4R and then compare to others.
My best idea is that the 2003-2006 S4R's are all the same, being that the back wheel remain unchanged.
IMO, good bet that the swing arm and brake setup are the same. Also, 2006 was the last year that the front brake was not radial mounted [to the front fork]. Either way, I'd double check a few part #s to years. Best of luck!
