Flight Cycles SS2R - Ducati.ms

I saw this bike a couple months ago and fell in love with it. How hard would it be to make something like this? What would be the best bike to start with? I'm guessing an S2R 1000 would be the best.

what part did you like about it? color scheme or how he mounted the SS shock?

THe pipes are boom tubes for starters. It's a pretty sweet looking bike
