Ignition pick-up questions

I swapped my ignition pickups with two new ones from ktm. I also got rid of the cables, from the pickups to the cdi units, because there were a mess. I tried the service manual but the wiring diagram doesn't state which pickup goes to which cylinder. I remember that the upper left (9 oclock) pickup goes to the cdi of the horizontal cylinder and the pickup at the bottom right (5 oclock) goes to the vertical cylinder, is that correct? I would also like to know if any of you has used ktm pickups where the green cable goes (which pin) near the other 3 pin socket under the cdi unit or at the pin away from the 3 pins.

PS The motor is 750cc 2 valve from monster 93-97. Its actually a cagiva elefant 750, same motor and spare parts
