Termis. Better aesthetic and sound. Haven't had issues with fit and finish, and they come with the ECU to smooth things out tremendously.

I had Termis on my 748 and thought they were good. I put the Arrow full Ti system (with DP ECU) on my S4Rs, and was blown away. The Arrows are a little loud, but it's a great sound. I am not a fan of really loud pipes, and I must admit that these do get loud when I wind it up. The fit and finish is amazing. I now think that the Arrows are a higher quality pipe than the Termis on the 748. I know, apples and oranges. There are a bunch of YouTube videos if that would help you compare.

It kind of depends on the bike how much trouble you're willing to go through to make the bike run right. The biggest advantage the Termis have is that the kits from Ducati usually include an ECU that makes the bike run right. In my opinion I just flat love the way most of the Arrow systems look and SOUND.

I was able to pick up a DP race ECU on ebay with the o2 cap and open air filter kit for $300. I can validate that it works seamlessly with the Arrow system. No popping, and no noticeable flat spots. Just had to reset the TPS and spend half the day trying to fit the vertical header to the bike without dropping the motor.

Very nice JS. Nice to see what the wrap looks like, even if it is on the new body style.

My vote goes to QD. Not as common as termi's or arrows, less expensive, high quality and to my ear they are the best sounding, as well as most aesthetically pleasing. Check em out.
