stock 696 vs 1100 cans - Ducati.ms

Are they the same? my wife has a scratched one on her 696 and i may be able to get my hands on a replacement from an 1100.

They are technically different parts. You may not want to do this type of swap, unless you can confirm that the internals are the same. The mountings look like they are an exact fit, though. I've seen a lot of people sell their stock cans after upgrading, shouldn't be difficult to source them for 200 or less for both. Good luck!

was told by my dealer... they will work, they are the same cans.
