Extremetech shock spring - Ducati.ms

I am looking for a softer spring for the Extremetech shock on the Tesi 3D - anyone know where best to get one (have tried Extremetech but they didn't seem to be very responsive to e-mails) or the specs of the OE spring (I.D., length...etc.)?

They are at EICMA right now - I just visited their booth yesterday. Maybe you can get a hold of them after the show is over?
