BIMOTA DB7 Marzocchi Corsa RAC front forks ???

For those of you who own or have ridden the BIMOTA DB7, I was wanting to know how well the Marzocchi front forks work/perform???

Are they comparable to R&T Ohlins? How do the compare to the Paioli WSB forks like those on the BIMOTA SB8R/SB8RS bikes???

If I understand it correctly, the DB7 front forks are the Marzocchi Corsa RAC 43mm forks. Marzocchi also makes a 50mm Corsa RAC forl too....I wonder why BIMOTA went with the 43mm forks instead of the larger stiffer 50mm ones?

Any feedback is appreciated.

thank you

50mm is too stiff, even when FBF tried to run them on the MV they switched to Öhlins 43's. In WSB and AMA back in the late 90's and up to early 2002 Öhlins supplied 46mm but all the riders complained (chatter from no flex at full lean) so they went back to 43mm (were 42mm before the 46's). John Kosinski even had Ducati take the old 42's off an ex-foggy bike that was in the museum to get away from the 46's.
