New photos of my Tesi
Riding the Snake just above the world famous Rock Store.
Sorry about the big pictures, I can't figure out how to re-size them.

Great photo's, beautiful bike, man I which. Like Hooptygoo said some video would be great on Youtube, if you can swing it. There is a serious lacking of Tesi video on that site.
Thanks for sharing.

Sweet! Thanks for sharing - it looks awesome. Would love to hear more about your experiences about the bike - how's it like to ride, setup...etc.

GREAT Photos! There are usually a whole bunch of photographers up there on two different corners. Who shot these?! Last time I was up there, it was photographers and CHP officers.

The guy that shot these photos is Paul and his website is http://rockstorephotos.com/
My boots are Sidi Blades and I think Dave's ride review pretty much echos my experience so far.

Glad you find the ride and handling characteristics as I described. I would be a bit careful about pushing the limits on mountain roads until you sus out the signals from the front end. The Tesi's feedback is different from a bike with conventional forks and finding the limits is a learned experience -- you will get your 'notice' before it lets go, you just need to learn to read the signs. We have a series of nice S curves locally with very wide run off lanes all through the S's through some nice, flat terrain. I run the the 2D and 3D through there on the way out to have some fun to remind me how far to push (although I wouldn't push any bike to the limit on the street -- stupid and dangerous, that is what a track day is for.)
By the way, the 2D and 3d handle a bit different, the shock setup is quite distinct. Some of the difference may be tires as well. I prefer the 3Ds suspension but I am not a fan of the Contis that I have not quite worn out that came with the 3D. The handling difference between the two models is not night and day, but the difference is there. Part of my preference for the 3D may be the difference in the front shock placement. The 2D has the shock mounted on the top, left (as you are looking down from the saddle) of the frame, right where your knee hits it in a hard stop. The 3D has the shock on the bottom of the frame on the other side, much easier to live with. I suspect that the placement and the radically different type of shock alter the riding feel as well.
Enjoy your bike, can't see your face in the photos but I will bet you are grinning! Dave

Paul at rockstorephotos.com takes some great pictures. Celebs, rare bikes, cool cars, and of course crashes (luckly if you drop your bike in front of his camera, only your pride and bike are bruised). He only shoots in low speed areas. You would be amazed at how many people drop their bikes trying to impress the camera.
If you ever want to check out rare bikes, go thru his gallery.
