Odds and Odder

We have some other interesting bikes in the collection, and this is 45 years of biking, not something done in a few years, as someone asked in a pm. Lots have gone out of the collection and may again in the future. Many have not been posted as they will all be up when the Museum site is completed in about two or three weeks. Better photos (taken with a hi res digital camera and descriptions) will be posted along with directions and hours of operation -- basically seven days a week. Dave

Moto Morini 500:

Yamaha TZR 250:

This one I will let you guess -- not too many in the country as it didn't perform as the mfg expected and didn't sell well anywhere (Hint, a 3cyl 250 two stroke):

Cagiva/Ducati Elephant:

Honda NSR 250 M28, with a street title and lights:

Enjoy. Dave

Ha ha, an MVX250 - we got heaps of various two stroke road/sports bikes here in Australia but the MVX was still a very rare bird indeed. I don't think there'd be any in Australia still in running condition!

What is the bike in the background of the second pic of the MVX, which has a single sided swingarm with a 8 or ten spoke rear wheel? The RC30 in your other post?

No, it is the NC30, the 400cc iteration of the RC30. Came to England as a Grey Market bike and than brought to the US where the owner who sold it to me had it titled and licensed. Dave
